If you are selling a home or commercial property in South Hackensack a Certificate of Inspection is required prior to closing.
Residential Properties
If you are selling a home in South Hackensack a Zoning Permit, Smoke & Carbon Monoxide inspection, and Certificate of Inspection (COI) are all required prior to closing. Please contact the Building Department at least 7 days prior to your closing. This will allow sufficient time to schedule the inspections and correct any issues which may be noted.
